For colleges and corporates

When something happens,
your staff stops guessing.

Emercode gives every student or employee a scannable emergency ID: blood group, allergies, medications, and who to call. Readable by any phone camera in a single scan. The person scanning needs no app and no account.

Far from home

Much of your campus is a long way from home.

Students come to Nashik from across Maharashtra, and from states hundreds of kilometres away. When one of them has a medical emergency, your staff faces a gap that a local student's family would have closed in minutes. Nobody on campus knows the family. The contact number in the admission file may be two years old. Staff end up working from what other students think they remember, and calling numbers that may not connect, while the hospital is asking for a blood group nobody can confirm.

It's not only students far from home who are affected. Many students commute daily by bike or bus, often alone, sometimes at odd hours between classes. If something happens on the road or between buildings, the same gap applies: whoever reaches them first has no way to know their blood group or reach their family quickly.

On a factory floor, it's the same gap at a different hour. A worker collapses mid-shift, the safety officer is first on scene, and the personnel file with his blood group is in an office that's locked for the night.

This is the default state of most Indian campuses and workplaces today: the information that would help is real, and unreachable at the moment it matters.

Emercode puts that information on the person, not in a file.

For the institution

A system, not an improvisation.

When something goes wrong, the question afterwards is always the same: what was in place? Emercode gives you a documented emergency identification system covering every student, on campus or on their commute, with a record of who is registered and when a code was scanned.

What's included

We handle the rollout. Your team does nothing.

On-site registration

Our team comes to you and registers every student or employee in person, setting up their account for them on the spot.

One tag per person

Every registered person gets their own QR tag: a sticker for a helmet or ID card, a card for a wallet.

12 months of platform access

Every profile stays live and scannable for a full year from registration.

An admin dashboard

Your team gets a private dashboard to track registration coverage and manage the roster.

Automatic family notification

When a tag is scanned in an emergency, the listed emergency contact gets an instant alert with the scan location. Nobody has to remember to make that call.

For parents

The first call, not the last.

When a student is far from home, the hardest part for a family is finding out late. If their Emercode is ever scanned in an emergency, the family is notified automatically, wherever they are, with the time and place of the scan. Not tracking. Nothing day to day. Only when it matters.

Colleges are welcome to share Emercode with parent groups. We can provide a message you can forward.

Questions

Questions institutions ask us.

Do students or employees need to give individual consent?

Yes. Each person registers their own profile and consents individually. We don't register anyone from a list without their knowledge, and anyone can delete their data at any time.

Does our staff need to do anything?

No. Our team runs the entire registration process on-site. You provide a space and a few hours; we handle the rest.

Does anyone need to install an app?

No. Emercode works with any phone camera. No app, no login, no account setup for the person being scanned.

Where is the data stored, and who can see it?

Everything is encrypted. A public scan, by anyone with a phone, shows only blood group, allergies, medications, and emergency contact. Full medical history is never exposed publicly.

What happens after the 12 months?

Renewal is optional. Existing tags keep working even if the plan lapses; what ends is your institution's dashboard and roster-management access until you renew.
